What is your refund policy?

If you decide that pure Mediterranean flavor is not for you, or you are for some other reason unsatisfied, we will provide a refund. Please contact us to provide your order number and reason, or if the product was damaged in shipping.

Are your products gluten free?

Our products are all natural and contain no additives that contain gluten, wheat or barley for example. 

How do I order wholesale?

If planned in advance a wholesale orders may be available to end users and supermarkets. Give us a call to discuss your needs and we can see if that provides a fit with our supply chain. 

How long does it take to ship?

We like to process the orders within 1 to 3 days and then send by the US Postal Service. Most packages will go by Priority Mail in 1 to 3 more days or a small package can go First Class. Whenever possible we will provide tracking information, all deliveries are guaranteed FOB Destination.
